2024 Marketing Engineering Services Training

At the start of the new year, as everything renews, D&G Machinery successfully held its 2024 marketing engineering service training from January 9th to 11th at the factory. Marketing and service personnel gathered to summarize the past and comprehensively embark on a new journey.
D&G Machinery annually trains our service engineers, which is not only a consistent demand for brand quality but also a profound interpretation of professionalism and focus. Each service training session precisely targets the needs, complaints, expectations, and urgencies of customers, applying the knowledge to help customers overcome bottlenecks, pain points, and difficulties in the actual production process.
Although they are ordinary D&G Machinery service engineers stationed abroad, they all carry their original intention, continuously improving themselves, and truly committed to providing full life-cycle services for both new and old equipment, ensuring customers use products with peace of mind and durability.
At the training meeting, Ms. Glendy, President of D&G Machinery, welcomed the triumphant service engineers back home. President Glendy Cai delivered a speech, thanking each engineer for their hard work over the year. The pre-Spring Festival service training is very meaningful every year, aiming to comprehensively enhance the skills of service personnel to better provide full life-cycle services to customers. Moving forward, she hopes everyone will continue to strengthen our feeder service spirit.
This training focused on product/component installation and debugging precautions, production materials, electronic control software new features, case analysis, and other product technical characteristics as well as customer concerns. It was shared and taught by the factory's senior operations and marketing team. During the training process, the service engineers, undeterred by long journeys, listened attentively, discussed actively, armed their minds with knowledge, and cheered for the new year with actions. This not only improved the professional level of the marketing service team but also more targeted addressed the actual issues of customers, offering feasible suggestions for improvement in engineering service work.
After a training full of substantial content, everyone expressed their deep benefit in the future, they will apply what they have learned, continue to focus on the road construction industry, and constantly provide full life-cycle services for equipment, always ready to mix and accompany.
