D&G Asphalt Mixing Plant Helped the Development of Hong Kong
The Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities (“HKBCF”) is located on an artificial island of about 150 hectares with road leading to the Hong Kong International Airport and is linked by the Hong Kong Link Road to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (“HZMB”). HKBCF is a transportation hub and provides clearance facilities for goods and passengers respectively using the HZMB. One unit of DGM1500 (120 T/H) was set up on the island in June, 2017 to supply asphalt mixture for building the road on the HKBCF.
The project was completed in the 2nd quarter of 2018 with about 200,000 ton of mixture provided by the DGM1500. HZMB was opened on 24 October, 2018. Our engineers have well completed the installation and commissioning, the whole erection lasted for 31 days.
The plant was relocated to Lam Tei Quarry, Hong Kong in 2021. It is now in normal production.
