Recently, D&G Machinery’s DGR3000 monoblock recycling asphalt mixing plant was successfully delivered in Hong Kong, China, and officially put into production after a groundbreaking ceremony, marking a new step in the cooperation between D&G Machinery and CK Infrastructure. This is our third asphalt mixing plant in Hong Kong.

Project Difficulties
The project in which D&G Machinery participated this time is the DGR3000 designed specifically to meet customer’s needs, which is indeed a benchmark. The user has always integrated the concept of green and sustainable development throughout the entire process, combined with the surroundings, overall planning and layout, and strictly controlled pollutant emissions. The real-time emission detector data of D&G Machinery's asphalt mixing plant is 4%. The project features various requirements and high difficulty, especially high environmental protection requirements and standards. There are also high requirements for the production capacity, quality and production efficiency of the plant. Thanks to rich experience and high capabilities, we have withstood the customer's evaluation, with the plant well received by all parties.
DGR3000 Plant Highlights
Equipment status
●With a production capacity of 280T/H, a 4.2t mixer is adopted
●Precise grading during production, high stability, convenient installation and transportation
●The plant is equipped with an advanced RCS150-120T/H-150T/H RAP toothed roller crushing and screening equipment. The two-stage crushed RAP are fed to the two recycled coarse and fine material cold feeders of the asphalt mixing plant via belt conveyors, thus efficiently assisting the production of asphalt mixtures.
●The entire process is precisely controlled by a computer program, which not only enables automate production for users, but also greatly saves manpower by using environmental protection facilities, bringing harmony between technology and environmental protection.

● High-efficiency mixing system, equipped with a large-capacity mixer (capacity boosted by 30-40%); the mixer is in the middle of the monoblock equipment, and the material can directly enter the mixer via each weighing hopper to prevent adhesion
● Lower overall height of the asphalt mixing plant, smaller ground occupation, more compact and coordinated structure.
Born for recycling
● Optimized recycled material production plan with multiple optional addition ratios
1. The recycled material is directly fed into the mixer and the proportion of RAP added can reach 15%
2. The proportion of recycled materials added to the recycling drum can reach 50%
3. D&G patented self-cleaning technology for recycling drums can effectively reduce the adhesion of recycled materials when heating.
4. The use of recycled additives can effectively improve the product performance, quality and appearance of finished materials
