1.The crushing teeth of the double-roller crushing head have a true rubbing structure, which enables flexible crushing and very little hard extrusion to amage the original gradation of the recycled materials.
1）There is a sdlope structure on one side of the crushing teeth, which plays a force-relieving role to avoid hard extrusion of aggregates and damage to the original gradation;
2）The crushing teeth between the two roller heads are staggered and arranged asymmetrically along the axial direction. When the recycled material passes through the roller gap, there is axial movement at the same time to achieve disintegration.
2. The two roller heads are arranged in a horizontally staggered position, which can realize the passage of large lumps of recycled materials. In the actual production process, 150mm lump materials and 100mm lump materials can be passed.
3. The screening system structure adopts the same form as the vibrating screen of the asphalt mixing plant. Whether the 2nd or 3rd grade materials are discharged, they are integrated into one vibrating screen to reduce the site layout area.
4. The crushing head has ample production capacity, with a length of 1200mm, a motor drive power of 2×22KW, and an effective crushing capacity of ≥80t/h.
5. The control system is equipped with a self-protection device. When encountering a hard object that cannot pass, the two roller heads will try to rotate forward and reverse for up to 5 consecutive times. If it still cannot pass, it will be forced to stop and the operator will intervene for inspection.
